Loimann has a little something to satisfy all tastes of heavy music. Traditional "stoner rock" type rhythms slowed down to a doom laden pace and layered with psychedelic effects will appeal to a range of listeners. I addition to the afore mentioned bands' influences, there are other influences present. Those who lean more towards the crunchier heaviness of more traditional Doom Metal will dig this as well as folks who are into more mainstream sounds as Pantera or even Tool.


Italian band Loimann was founded in 2001, under the influence of major stoner bands (Kyuss, Fu Manchu, Monster Magnet etc), with initially singing in mothertongue. From 2003 to 2006 have followed  three autoproduced CD’s and various live activity in Piemonte (Turin’s region) with foreigner bands like Demons, Volt, Deville, and italian groups like Dead Elephant, Cani Sciorri, Radio Black Out Festival etc.

After some line up changes on drums and bass the band reaches stability in 2007 with the actual trio: Fabio (vox/guit), Dario (bass) and Enrico (drum). In the last two years their sound has changed, leaving the mere stoner influences for a more doom/heavy psych approach expressed in consistently more extended songs.

Loimann has just finished their new and first full length album at One Voice Studios with Danny Giordana (sound engineer of Monster Magnet, Hatebreed, Eye Hate God, Ozzfest, amongst others...).
